Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Сенников Павел Андреевич, an individual applying the special tax regime 'Tax on Professional Income' (hereinafter — 'Provider'), and any person using the TandemParty service (hereinafter — 'User').

By using the TandemParty extension or website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of these Terms in full. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 149-FZ 'On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection'.

The Provider grants the User access to the Service to organize synchronized video viewing. The Service does not provide or distribute video content — it only synchronizes the state of the embedded player on platforms supported by the extension.

The Provider may modify, update, suspend or discontinue the Service or its individual features at any time, notifying Users at least 7 days in advance via the official Telegram channel (https://t.me/tandempartyru), except in cases requiring immediate action (security threats, legal requirements).

The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes:

• creating and participating in a room with up to 2 participants;
• real-time playback synchronization (play / pause / seek);
• text chat and emoji reactions inside the player;
• saving the viewing timestamp for each participant.

The Free plan has no expiration date. The Provider may change the feature set of the Free plan with at least 14 days' notice to Users.

The Premium plan is provided on a paid basis and includes all Free plan features, plus:

• increased room participant limit — up to 15 people;
• player control from a smartphone via QR remote;
• custom avatars, names, and chat message colors;
• animated reactions and chat highlight;
• joining full rooms;
• priority access to server infrastructure.

The Premium plan costs 199 ₽ for 30 days or 1,490 ₽ per year. The current price is displayed on the pricing page at https://tandemparty.com at the time of purchase.

Payment is made as a one-time charge through Робокасса. The subscription is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. The subscription does not renew automatically — access to Premium features ends upon expiration.

Premium plan payment is made in Russian rubles via Робокасса. The Provider does not store or process bank card data — all transactions are processed directly by Робокасса.

7.1. The User has the right to:

• use the Service in accordance with these Terms;
• contact support at support@tandemparty.com;
• receive a refund in cases provided for in Section 6.

7.2. The User agrees to:

• not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or disrupt the Service;
• not share account access with third parties;
• not reproduce content through the Service in violation of copyright;
• use the Service exclusively for personal non-commercial viewing.

In case of violation, the Provider may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service without notice and without refund.

8.1. The Provider undertakes to:

• ensure Service availability of at least 95% per month (excluding planned maintenance);
• notify of planned maintenance causing downtime of more than 30 minutes at least 24 hours in advance;
• ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• process support requests within 3 business days.

8.2. The Provider has the right to:

• make changes to Service functionality;
• suspend the Service for maintenance;
• block Users who violate these Terms.

The Service is provided 'as is'. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:

• interruptions caused by factors beyond the Provider's control (third-party equipment failures, ISP actions, force majeure);
• compatibility of the Service with a specific device or browser version;
• the content of videos played on third-party platforms;
• actions of third parties who gained access to the User's account through the User's own fault.

The Provider's aggregate liability to the User is limited to the amount of payments actually made by the User in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All elements of the Service (extension source code, design, logo, texts) are the results of intellectual activity and are protected by Russian copyright law. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal non-commercial use only.

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or other use of Service elements without the Provider's written consent is prohibited.

The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms. Changes are published at https://tandemparty.com and take effect 14 days after publication.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must stop using the Service.

These Terms are drawn up in Russian and governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court at the Provider's location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
